Hi, I’m James, Specialist Podiatrist and Founder of J E T Podiatry, having studied for my Podiatry (Hons) Degree at the University of Southampton . I went on to working within the NHS, focusing on nail surgery, diabetes, rheumatology and at risk foot conditions before joining a World Class standard private podiatry clinic in which I continued to further my skills with verrucae, fungal nail and many other treatments.
These experiences along with other life time developments and job roles have provided me with a wealth of skills and knowledge; in which I apply with a flexible and holistic approach to clients and their individual needs.
I simply love my job as a Podiatrist, the biggest reward for me is seeing the smile on a client's face, having resolved their foot complaint and making clients' treatment feel second to none. This, along with strong values towards helping improve people's lives and providing exceptional services, is what made me decide to start J E T Podiatry in the first place, in which I aspire to provide the best of podiatry services possible.
Outside of work I am usually very busy, particularly with my dog Stanley. We often go for walks in the local and surrounding beaches and forest areas (who gets more wet and muddy, I’ll let you guess). I also enjoy a bit of DIY and get great satisfaction (but I won’t lie, some much needed relief) once it is finished.
I’m looking forward to both, meeting you and treating you.
